TL DR: August didn't strain himself more than Natsu. If August had a laxer life (once again, I can't stress enough that I don't know his back story, just pointing out why your theory makes no sense) and worked hard to keep expanding his power, he would have no reason to break his limits like Natsu has. He was forced to, he didn't train himself to expand his limits like August could have had, he had to burst open his limits every time there was an enemy he couldn't beat conventionally. Natsu strained himself passed his own limits, multiple times. Six being that we have no idea if August even strained himself to begin with. Three being that Natsu used a dragon's power, and has been training with it for 1 year>.įour being that Natsu could possibly be that he's a century younger than August.įive being that Natsu was revived in the first place, who knows what types of shit Zeref did in that experiment. Two being that Natsu has over exerted himself to the point where he couldn't move anymore multiple times. One being that Natsu has consumed elements other than his own numerous times, as well as flames that don't work well with him. So many things to consider in what you said: It's ridiculous that you think that if Natsu gets a tumor then everyone else must too. He could have worked harder than Natsu, worked longer than Natsu, and have been a born genius for all we know. August obviously did /something/ to know all that magic. I'm not claiming to know August's back story, I'm saying that what you're trying to say (because if Natsu can't do it, no one can!!!) is completely wrong. Replace all that with hard work and you can have someone that easily works more than him. Natsu works hard, but in multiple episodes we see him goofing off and socializing etc.
? You know Natsu isn't the hardest worker ever right? And that August has decades on Natsu right? We'll probably see a return of these guys soon, since we haven't seen their magic yet (except for Warrod's tree), but this isn't looking too good for Ishgar now. I was expecting them to get rekt, but offpanel? Wow. Hopefully we get a rematch with her teaming up with someone else, or I fear for her relevancy. But seriously, it's a shame Kagura's not getting her long-awaited proper fight. That's a shame, I was looking forward to that fight ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). If I didn't know better from this manga, I'd expect this to lead to a tragic ending with Natsu dying from his tumour. So him using too much magic was the cause of this tumour? Or has he always had it, and it's only affecting him now due to using too much magic? Either way, I absolutely did not see that one coming. The cause of Natsu's collapse is due to him using too much magic over the years (He has an anti-ethernano tumor) Does his life and tomorrow suggest his demise? (This line is still sketchy, I'm working on it0Įnd statement of chapter: From the beginning, the man that knew Mavis and Zeref: Warrod. The life force of Warrod was going to disappear. The Wizard Saints have been defeated by God Serena and co. The other forces of Fiore have also been forced to retreat. Kagura, now half-naked, save for her skirt, retreats from her fight with Dimaria. Lucy promises Aquarius that even though she doesn't know where the key will re-appear, she will find it, before Aquarius returns to the Celestial Spirit World
The cause of Natsu's collapse is due to the overuse of magic over many years (He has an anti-ethernano tumor)īrandish uses her magic to shrink the tumor's size, somewhat extinguishing the tumor's effect (Natsu is safe now) Natsu suddenly collapses in the medical room, and Happy is crying >!text goes in here!< text goes in here Social Media
